Latest Work, 2009 Week 7
It’s Friday the 13th, and I’m excited. H.E. got me an appointment for a one-hour massage today, and I get to have someone professionally work out the kinks in my back. Sitting at the computer all day making book covers isn’t exactly strenuous work, but it can be pretty hard on my neck and shoulders; I often have to take breaks just to stave off stiffness and headache, and at the end of a full day’s work I truly welcome lounging in bed with H.E. and the cat to watch a little TV.
Anyway I promised an update, especially one that provides a “quilt” of my covers. As ever this represents only a very small sampling of what I’ve done. Despite all the traveling, illness, and teaching, I’ve kept somewhat busy. I will remain so until I can get ahead again, to create another set of buffers for the next time I travel, am sick, or have events like the workshop. When I can see my way clear, I’ll update my portfolio site. In the meantime, enjoy.

Yay! More beauties to give my eyes a treat.
A very good mix of quilt. Great job!
Lovely!
I didn’t know that you did Land of Falling Stars. That is a freaking gorgeous cover.
Thanks, Darr! 🙂
I did Keta’s book trailer awhile back and was drooling all over that cover. Didn’t know you did it at the time. Your name isn’t listed at the publisher’s site 🙁
One of the BEST covers I’ve seen. And of course, I loved it even before I knew you created it. Go figure.
