   Oh, that’s terrific. I love the texture and composition.

   The only thing I am wondering about is if you have blurred the edges of the nail (right where it sits on the wooden boards). It looks a tad blurred/smudged. Or maybe it’s because that part is outside the focal point of the Macro lens.

   I haven’t done anything to the photo, so they must be outside of the focal point. I love, love, love a shallow depth of field and found myself taking a lot of shots like this in my early days with the camera.
