Silly memes pop up on Facebook every now and then \u2014 the copy and paste kind that encourages people to answer a bunch of questions revealing more about themselves or whatever. One popped up recently for Valentine’s Day, and naturally, it’s designed for couples.<\/p>\n

I decided to participate this time, and now I’m sharing it on this blog. Here is what I posted:<\/p>\n

In honor of Valentine’s Day, all married, engaged or dating couples: Make this your status and answer honestly.<\/p>\n

Who’s oldest?<\/strong> Me. Sox is only 7 or so.
\nWho was interested first?<\/strong> We were both lovestruck at the same time. It was love at first sight.
\nSame high school?<\/strong> No. Sox didn’t even go to school.
\nMost sensitive?<\/strong> Sox. If he steps on me, I’m fine, but if I step on him, jeez, so sensitive!
\nWorst temper?<\/strong> Sox. We’re both pretty mellow, but he bites me if I push him too far. Do I bite him? No.
\nMore social?<\/strong> Me. He stays in the house all day.
\nHardest working?<\/strong> Me. I pay the bills. [and he sleeps away most of the day!]
\nMost stubborn?<\/strong> That’s a toss up.
\nMore sarcastic?<\/strong> Sox. Obviously.
\nWho makes the most mess?<\/strong> Sox. I don’t crap in a box of sand like he does.
\nWakes up first?<\/strong> Sox, to my misfortune.
\nBigger family?<\/strong> I’m pretty sure Sox had more brothers and sisters than I do.
\nWho cooks the most?<\/strong> Me. Sox does the dishes.
\nWho cries more?<\/strong> That’s a toss up.
\nBetter singer?<\/strong> That’s another toss up.
\nHogs the remote?<\/strong> Me. Sox prefers to read.
\nBetter driver?<\/strong> Me. Sox would rather Uber.
\nBetter cook?<\/strong> Me. Sox would eat his prey raw if it weren’t for me.
\nSpends the most?<\/strong> Me. But I shop for Sox too.
\nHow long have you been together?<\/strong> 7 years or so? I don’t know. Best relationship I’ve had though.<\/p><\/blockquote>\nShare this post:
