Announcement: My E-mail Is Down

I wondered why my e-mail was a little thin lately. It appears my e-mail server is down. My host sent me several announcements already—one at 4:00 this morning, at 8:00, another at around noon, and still another at 2:00 this afternoon—each one of them saying that the e-mail is back up again and that my data has been restored (ack!), though I still have trouble accessing the new mail. I can’t tell yet if it’s the e-mail server at my…

I Give Up!

I Give Up!

If you haven’t already noticed, I gave up on Movable Type. Apparently, the databases got corrupted when I upgraded, so a lot of the comments were forever lost. My computer nearly died, and my commute’s eerily fried,…

It’s An Honor Just To Be Nominated

Bull. I’d rather win. The only problem is that it’s a popularity contest, and I usually don’t win that sort of thing. I came in 17th last year. Read my lips. 17th! And I was tied with someone else or two. How pathetic. So, hey. If you love me, please vote for me! Here’s the main page. And I show up here (at least three times in the list) and here. Even if I only make the top ten, I’ll…
