Gotta Book

Gotta Book

I want to be more organized for this latest move, so I signed up at LibraryThing and bought myself a CueCat to keep better track of the books I’ll be packing. So far, I’ve packed my very first 12″ x 12″ x 12″ box and cataloged 21 of my books so far. I’m looking at the small dent I’ve now made on the shelf of one bookcase, and I’m thinking, “Whew! OK. I might be offline for a week or two next month due to circumstances I will discuss in a future post, so I’m trying to get ahead while I can. I’ve even given up my regular blogging schedule to allow myself a breather, which I find…

My Latest Five

My Latest Five

I have to start thinking about culling my personal library again and packing up some books in the next month or two, so I thought I’d revisit that old meme and see what the last five printed books I’ve read would create: The Meme: Take five books off your bookshelf. Book #1—first sentence Book #2—last sentence on page fifty Book #3—second sentence on page one hundred Book #4—next to the last sentence on page one hundred fifty Book #5—final sentence…
