Busy with Neglect

Busy with Neglect

So I’ve been neglecting my usual hobbies — my web site, my Fugue and Jaunt projects, this log, and my various forum and gallery posts or comments — not without good reason, of course; I’ve just discovered contests. I’m fairly new at 3D art. I’ve been working with Poser 3 since November 2000 and Bryce 3D since March of 2001. If it weren’t for 3D World magazine, I wouldn’t even have those programs for my 3D doodling. My personal software…

Intermittent

Intermittent

Ross Theatre (which, by the way, was a classy affair attended by Robert Wagner and Louis Gossett Jr., among many other people; oh, and I got to see the exterior…

Doodles — It’s All Relative

Doodles — It’s All Relative

He can’t stand that I doodle on lined notebook paper, or on old hotel stationery (in the corner, right on top of the logo, no less), or on bits and pieces of paper and napkins with torn edges and stains. He can’t stand that I doodle merely to keep my fidgety hands occupied, or to keep my usually short attention span focused on something for a change — sketches with no direction and meant to be thrown away. He can’t…
