I’ll get to posting regularly again. I promise. Last week was a bit hectic, and this whole month and next will probably be a whirlwind of stuff. I’ll reveal the why later, after the fact.
But I’ll tell you what happened last week, the same day I posted the wedding cake photo. It happened before I posted the photo, even, but I just didn’t feel like writing about it. H.E. and I were in an accident; we were hit in the back by some kid not paying attention to his driving. Before anyone worries, we’re okay, just a little bruised, stiff, and sore. I couldn’t hold my head back without a lot of pain for a few days, but I think I’m fine now. H.E. had a bruised and swollen hand and couldn’t type for four days, but the swelling has gone down. His car is in the shop for a couple of weeks, and he’s driving a rental for now.
All in all, we’re just glad it wasn’t a worse outcome, though it did set us back a few days. Lots of stuff to do in the next two months!

Did you guys get his license number? Have you had any x-rays done? I am so glad you are okay and it wasn’t something very serious or traumatic.

That sucks about your car wreck. I’m glad you weren’t seriously hurt. It sounds bad enough as it is and that your boyfriend got the worse end of the deal maybe. I’ve never been in an accident that amounted to anything.
I’m curious to hear what your ‘secret’ activities are? Hopefully you got some big illustration project for an upcoming book! Guess we’ll have to wait awhile to find out.

I’m glad to hear you’re okay. Accidents suck. If you’re not opposed to it, then I’d suggest going to the chiropractor, they’ll fix ya right up. HUGS.
April I’m sorry to hear about the car accident… you guys need to get checked out as sometimes injuries don’t show up until weeks/months later. Start documenting and keeping notes of doctor visits, just in case.
