"Sure," you tell him, "why not."

"Wonderful!" the old man exclaims. "I've been worrying about Little Red Riding Hood ever since I found out that she's being allowed to walk the forest alone. With her grandmother ill, she's been making more trips than usual through the forest."

He takes an old and faded map of the forest out of his pocket and hands it to you, pointing out the pertinent locations.

"This is where her grandmother's house should be, not too far. If you take this path and get there quickly, you should be able to catch up to Little Red. She has a somewhat early schedule today, so you won't be able to meet up with her sooner than that. But you'll know who she is by her red cape. She always wears it."

"Alright," you tell him, taking the map.

"There are wolves in the forest," the old man continues, "so you may want to take a weapon of some sort." He opens the sack he was carrying, rummages in it, and pulls out two items: an axe and a revolver. "Choose one of these two, the axe or the gun, and you can go about your way."

You look at the two weapons in his hands.

The old man asks, "Which one will you take?"
